It started with our own experience.
We have been through many job interviews, explaining our experience to a new company each time. Preparing for those conversations was part of pursuing opportunities at Tesla, Zalando and Delivery Hero.
We have also seen the process from the other side, interviewing candidates. Doing the work and explaining it in an interview each take practice.
Our ambition is to connect preparation with the rest of the search: finding opportunities, approaching people, applying, following up and learning from what happens.
